How does the money transfer work?
Do I need to be in Egypt in person?
Yes, it is possible to buy an apartment in Egypt entirely online. Once you send us a copy of your passport and the required personal details, we prepare the reservation form followed by the purchase agreement.
After the agreement is signed and the reservation fee or agreed payment is transferred directly to the developer’s account, the developer signs the contract as well. We assist you throughout the entire process and make sure that every step is completed correctly.
The property purchases we arrange in Egypt are handled with a strong focus on safety and due diligence. We work only with verified developers who have successfully completed several projects.
We also check that the selected developments have the necessary approvals and licences in place before presenting them to our clients.
Payments are made by bank transfer using the developer’s IBAN and are sent directly to the developer’s account.
